The Program Outputs of our Department are as follows;
- To have advanced theoretical and practical knowledge supported by textbooks containing current information in the field of public administration, application tools and other resources,
- In different subjects of public administration such as Political Science, Management Science, Turkish Public Administration, History of Turkish Administration, Local Governments, Urbanization and Environment; To have knowledge about new management concepts and applications such as Strategic Management, Performance Management, Human Resources and Governance.
- To be able to have skills in professional and scientific ethical behaviors in accordance with team work,
- To follow the innovations in the field of information technologies, basic computer programs and public management in accordance with the principle of lifelong learning and to be able to use them effectively,
- Have good use of Turkish, good written and verbal communication, expressing himself / herself correctly and having the ability of empathy,
- To be able to use the theoretical knowledge and analysis techniques to look at the problems and phenomena from various perspectives, to produce solution proposals, to prepare the program and decision drafts,
